Amuse Bouche 2019 Bordeaux Blend, Napa Valley 96 Points
$249.99 $224.99
Vinous 96 Points: ““The 2019 Amuse Bouche, a Right Bank-inspired Merlot/Cabernet Franc blend is superb. Expansive, sweet aromatics are immediately seductive. Silky tannins wrap around a core of plum fruit, sweet tobacco, chocolate, spice and leather. This wonderfully expressive, elegant Napa Valley red hits all the right notes in a nuanced style that is all class.”

Jonata 2020 Cabernet Franc “El Alma ” Estate, Ballard Canyon 98 Points
$209.99 $199.99
Vinous 98 Points: “The 2020 El Alma de Jonata’s Cabernet Franc-based wine, is ridiculously great. The Franc is way up in 2020, and that results in a heady, explosive red that takes command of all that senses as it demands full attention. An exotic melange of dark red fruit, wildflowers, mocha, spice, and new leather build as the 2020 gains volume and resonance with air, with plenty of supporting structure to wrap it all together. It’s one of the greatest Bordeaux wines I have tasted in Santa Barabar. Wow!!”

Jeb Dunnuck 99 Points: “More mineral aromas emerge in the 2021 Pinot Noir Scallop Shelf, with notes of wet stone, black raspberry, and fresh herbs. Medium-bodied and more tension-driven, it’s taut with orange zest, clove, and gravelly, saline earth. It’s going to need time to unpack. Drink 2026-2046.”

Billecart Salmon 2009 Extra Brut Champagne 95 Points
$124.99 $109.99
Robert Parker 95 Points: “Disgorged with two grams per liter dosage, Billecart-Salmon’s 2009 Extra Brut Vintage is more giving and demonstrative than its 2008 counterpart, offering up inviting aromas of crisp stone fruit, yellow apple, brioche, honeycomb, and warm pastry. Medium to full-bodied, fleshy and enveloping, with a pillowy mousse and a generous core of fruit girdled by bright acids, it’s seamless and complete. Indeed, such is its charm and persistence that I tend to prefer it, at least for now, to the 2008.”

Lucia 2021 Pinot Noir Garys’ Santa Lucia Highlands 97 Points
$84.99
Wine Enthusiast 97 Points: “Hedonistic and yet intellectual, this bold and brooding bottling manages to remain joyous. Aromas of muddled black cherry, sage, bay leaf, and turned loam lead into a hearty palate loaded with boysenberry, crushed oregano and lemon peel. The acidity never stops on the compellingly complex finish”
Jeb Dunnuck 96 Points: “My favorite of the Pinot Noir releases, the 2021 Pinot Noir Garys’ Vineyard comes from a terrific vineyard in the heart of the Santa Lucia Highlands. Mostly destemmed (10% whole clusters) and aged 11 months in 55% new French oak, it offers a gorgeous perfume of black raspberries, mulberries, spicy herbs, underbrush, and sandalwood that develops beautifully with time in the glass. These carry to a medium to full-bodied, concentrated Pinot Noir with ripe, polished tannins, terrific balance, and outstanding length. It’s another stunning wine from this team.”
The Hilt 2020 Pinot Noir “Radian” Santa Rita Hills 98 Points
$109.99
James Suckling 98 Points: “This shows so much spice with white pepper, cloves, sage, and dried meat on the nose. Full-bodied with depth and a very tight palate, with a super linear line of tannins and fresh acidity. The length is very, very impressive. Spice box at the end. Salt and pepper. Black cherry and sliced strawberry. Always subtle. Drink or hold.”
Jeb Dunnuck 96 Points: “Another awesome wine that will benefit from bottle age is the 2020 Pinot Noir Radian Vineyard. Sporting a vivid, translucent ruby hue as well as notes of black raspberries, subtle cassis, and spicy oak, it’s medium-bodied, has a rock star of a mid-palate, ripe, building tannins, and a great finish. The purity and balance here are spot on, and this warrants 2-3 years of bottle age and will cruise for a decade.”
Boars View 2018 Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast 95 Points
$130.00
Jeb Dunnuck 95 Points: “Lastly, the 2018 Pinot Noir The Coast saw the standard complete destemming and spent 10 months in 50% new French oak. It shows a killer bouquet of sweet black raspberry fruits as well as baking spices, forest floor, licorice, and darker, earthy notes. With full-bodied richness, nicely integrated acidity, and a great finish, it’s a step up over the 2017 (and the 2016) and is going to impress for a solid 10-12 years. “
Weathereye 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon, Red Mountain, 98 Points

Dosnon Rose Brut Recolte, Champagne France
$89.99
Pisoni 2021 “Estate” Pinot Noir, Santa Lucia Highlands – 96+ Points IN MAGNUM
$260.00 $249.99
Jeb Dunnuck 96+ Points: “The 2021 Pinot Noir comes entirely from the Pisoni Vineyard in the southern portion of the Santa Lucia Highlands. It was only partially destemmed and was raised in 68% new French oak. It’s a truly gorgeous effort offering serious aromatics of cassis, darker raspberries, spicy oak, graphite, and crushed stone. Incredibly pure, vibrant, and precise aromatically, it hits the palate with full-bodied richness, a stacked mid-palate, lots of building tannins, and a great finish. This concentrated, focused, age-worthy beauty needs at least 2-3 years to integrate its structure and tannins and will evolve brilliantly over the following decade. Bravo!
